5th March 2010 - Software Release v.1.1.0.114
Some enhancements in this release...
- The search for additional items on eBay in Price Tracker will now exclude in its results any items that are already present in the selected Price Track.
- Added guidance notes to the Price Tracker windows.
- Further enhancements to the Pie Charts in the Detailed Overheads report to exclude any items at zero amount.
- The tree control no longer expands all parent items on start-up of the application providing a tidier display.
- Fixes a bug in the eBay CSV file import where apostrophes were not handled properly.
- Fixes a bug in the eBay CSV file import where the item descriptions were frequently imported against the wrong item number.
For users who have installed an earlier version of AuctionX2 simply run uninstall from the AuctionX2 directory on your PC, download and install the latest version to the same location. All your imported data and images will be retained following the upgrade. If you have purchased a key this will also continue to work following upgrade.

Some enhancements in this release...
- Changed the way the pie charts in the Detailed Overheads and Profit Cost reports are displayed to help prevent labels from overlapping each other.
- Reduced the size of the dialog boxes used to display the Detailed Overheads and Profit Cost reports.

Some fixes in this release...
- Fixes the progress bar not updating in PriceTracker as data is imported.
- Resize of the Trends Graph in PriceTracker so that the x-axis label 'Month' is correctly displayed.
- Ended items i.e. those with no bids and past their end date are now counted in PriceTracker.
- Removed the cancel button from the PriceTracker progress bar as this is no longer required.

- www.paypal.com/de now supported by AuctionX2.
- Extended the options dialog to allow www.ebay.de to be selected.
- All browse item links now support www.ebay.de if configured.
- The PayPal shortcut link now supports www.paypal.com/de if configured.
- eBay CSV and PayPal CSV import routines updated to detect and support German files.
- Applied a fix to the import of auction types in the eBay CSV import.
- Applied a fix to the eBay Refunds tab to correctly list eBay refunds that don't have a corresponding item in the sales ledger.
- Extended Stock Management to automatically update new imported sales items with a purchase price based on the stock item's unit price.
- Added a button the Edit Stock Item dialog to allow purchase prices in sold items to be applied manually as well.

A fix to the budget graph...
- This release contains a fix to the budget graph. Overheads for each month recorded in the purchase ledger are now deducted from the actual profit line in the budget graph. Any refunds for the month are added back to the profit line.

- This release contains a fix to the PayPal CSV file import which was not always mapping paypal data to the correct sold item(s).

A new addition to reporting in this release...
- The Sales Price Trends Report allows you to view the changes in pricing that your items are fetching. This allows you to monitor and find those items which are performing badly, those which are performing well and also allows you to work out the best pricing for any fixed price or ButItNow listings in the future.

The New Stock Management Module is released...
- A new Stock Management tab and shortcut menus allowing you to track and manage your sales inventory, prompting you to reorder and ensuring you never run out of the items you sell.
- Changed the default filter year to 2010 for new installations.
- Increased the size of the drop down lists in the Add Overheads dialog to improve ease of use.
- A fix to the Profit By Auction Type Graph to now include Buy It Now sales in the 'Fixed' category after importing your eBay invoice(s).

Some fixes in this release...
- All of the links in AuctionX2 now operate with any installed browser not just Internet Explorer.
- The main AuctionX2 application no longer maximizes itself on startup.

More Organiser and Calendar features added in this release...
- A new Today's Reminders dialog is now shown for today when you launch AuctionX2 allowing you to page through any tasks you have set-up earlier in the Calendar.
- Some small fixes to the display of task information when double clicking on days in the Calendar.

- The latest release of AuctionX2 provides an Organiser and Calendar which allows you to schedule important tasks related to your online business. In addition to this you can also view daily sales figures across the calendar and filter these from the main panel.

A new feature and some further fixes in this release...
- We have added a 4th tabbed page for Postage Tracking. This will list and filter postage tracking details against sold items and allow you to easily browse to the item on eBay.
- A fix to the tabs to ensure the currently selected tab remains highlighted after a filter change.
- Fixed a problem where View Totals was jumping to the Purchase Ledger in error.
- Improvements to various warnings and messages within the application.

- We have added sales price trend information to each item's history in the sales ledger. This lets you know if an item is currently rising or falling in final sale price.

Some new features in this release
- We have added a new item history pane to the Update Item dialog which shows you the following stats on a selected item (maximum sale price, minimum sale price, average sale price, number of items sold, last sale date).
- We have extended the menu to include Update Item, Enter Purchase Cost(s) and Enter Supplier(s) against selected sales ledger items. These options can still be found in the right click and left click pop-up menus.
- Some further user interface improvements and guidance.

Some new features and also some improvements in this release
- A brand new feature in this release is a 110,000+ word dictionary and keyword spell checker that will check all your sold item listings making suggestions where appropriate on how you can improve your keywords. This is especially useful if you relist items or sell similar items and want to improve their keyword item descriptions to increase visitors on eBay.
- The spell checker will also make suggestions on the use of capital letters in certain words to emphasise listings and again attract more visitors on eBay.
- Fixed the menu icons that were mixed up in the previous release - apologies to everyone on version .94 for this oversight.
- Improved the presentation of the bottom panel of search criteria.

Some new features in this release
- We have added new search criteria to the main application window. You can now filter on items with photos and buyer ids. As always wildcards and partial strings are accepted e.g. buyer id 'laz' will find 'lazarus_90' and 'allazer22'.
- Optimized search speed on the sales ledger page.
- Added icon buttons to the View Gallery Photo dialog box.
7th December 2009 - Software Release v.1.1.0.93
Some improvements and fixes in this release
- Upgraded the ChartDirector components to version 5.0.
- Changes to the Gallery Photo feature to retain the browsed file location when you add extra photos, saves having to browse to the same location each time you want add more photos to AuctionX2.
- Fixed a bug which could have crashed the application when the new Profit by Auction Type Graph is launched.

New graphs in the this release and some enhancements...
- Two new graphs are included in this release - the Annual Sales by Auction Type and Profit by Auction Type Graphs provide valuable information on the best types of auction sale to use (Fixed Price, Best Offer, Store or Auction).
- Enhancements around the Photo Archiving feature to check items have photos loaded before allowing viewing and retrieving.
- Added the Photo Menu section to the tree view together with new icons.
- Re-ordered the list of reports in the tree view to be the same as the reports menu for ease of use.

Some important fixes in this release...
- Fixes a problem for US users where dates were not importing correctly from the import of the eBay Sales CSV file - this meant sales data could appear in incorrect months in reports.
- All of the column headings in the Purchase Ledger view can now be clicked on to sort the list.
- The following Purchase Ledger entries now import from the eBay Sales CSV file - PowerSeller Discount, Picture Manager Fees, Blackthorne Pro and Store (Premium).
- Best Offer Final Value Fees are now being correctly imported from the eBay Sales CSV file.
- A rounding error in the Profit By Pictures Bought Report has now been resolved.

The New Keyword Analysis Graph...
- This release of Auction X2 contains a new graph report - Profit By Keyword Analysis. The report analyses the most frequently used keywords in your sold items by profit made. This can help you to tailor item descriptions when listing to maximise profit.

Filtered Budget Reports
- The budget graph will now also allow you to filter by search criteria. This will allow you to create specific annual budgets for products for example DVDs. You can then filter your data by DVD and run the DVD budget graph to track your business progress.

Some important changes in this release.
- The eBay invoice import will now import more subscription fees to the purchase ledger including Sales Manager Pro, Sales Reports Plus and Shop subscriptions.
