After installing I cannot import any data into AuctionX2
If you are running on Windows Vista or Windows 7 you may have User Account Control enabled. If so please run both the setup program and AuctionX2 as Administrator. To do this right click on each icon and choose 'Run as Administrator' from the menu.
Sometimes my printed reports don't always fit exactly onto the page ?
Some of the reports in AuctionX2 may not fit the page in portrait layout. Instead switch to landscape for these reports.
I am running AuctionX2 on Windows Vista or Windows 7 and when I click in any of the lists I hear a beep ?
This occurs if you have previously installed and removed a sound scheme on Windows Vista. It is because AuctionX2 uses the MFC List Control. To stop the beep sound every time you click in a list please visit the following Microsoft knowledgebase article by clicking here. We recommend method 2 as the preferred solution.
I am running AuctionX2 on Windows 98 and after installation Windows reports that the file gdiplus.dll is missing ?
For users on Windows 98 and Windows 98SE the file gdiplus.dll can be downloaded by clicking here. Once you have downloaded the file please copy it to the directory into which you installed AuctionX2 or alternatively into your windows/system folder.
I cannot see any information in my reports ?
Please ensure you import at least one ebay monthly invoice and one set of PayPal payments. This will ensure that your reports will have all the data they need. Also, remember that the reports and graphs are driven off the filter criteria you select for example January 2009, Searching on CDROM will allow you to generate reports and graphs looking at just your CDROM sales in January 2009.
